Ingredients
500 grams of white rice
3 / 4 cup vegetable oil
2 small carrots, diced
125 grams prawns, peeled
125 grams chicken, diced
250 grams of beans
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Omelet (made with 2 eggs, roll and cut)
60 grams celery
125 grams of lettuce, cut
2 tablespoons fried onions
Subtle seasoning
2 cloves garlic
5 red onions
3 pieces of red chilli
1 inch grilled shrimp paste
How to make
Heat oil and sauté ground spices until fragrant. Enter the shrimp and chicken, stirring until it changes color.
Enter the carrot, long beans and celery leaves and stir well. Add rice, salt and pepper, stir until blended and cooked.
Serve with a complement.
