Ingredients :
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 pieces of red chilli
1 egg
100 grams green peas
1 carrot, diced and boiled
100 grams of minced chicken
500 grams of white rice
1 leek
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
How to make
Heat oil and saute garlic and red pepper until fragrant. Add the eggs, stirring until blended.
Add peas, carrots, chicken and scallions, stirring until blended. Add rice, put soy sauce and pepper, stirring until blended.
Serve.
