Ingredients
1 kg of rice, wash clean.
Coconut milk from a coconut, make a 1250 cc
leaves 2 LBR.
galangal 1 vertebra crushed.
2 pandan leaves LBR.
1sdt salt.
fried red onions.
How to cook:
Cook coconut milk with bay leaves, galangal, pandan leaf and salt to boiling.
Combine rice, coconut milk aron until dry. Then steamed until cooked.
Serve with a sprinkling of fried shallots.
