Vietnamese Lumpia Recipe

Vietnamese Lumpia Recipe
fndrecipes.blogspot.com - One of the snack food of Vietnam is Vietnamese Lumpia or if in Vietnam is often called the Goi Cuon. Raw materials needed to make Lumpia Vietnam is composed of Lumpia spring roll sauce and as a companion.

Lumpia:
150 grams of meat chicken / pork, minced
200 grams shrimp, chopped
100 grams carrots, finely crushed
75 grams glass noodles, soaked, cut to size 3 1 / 2 cm
2 pieces hioko mushrooms, soaked, thinly sliced
4 pieces of ear mushrooms, soaked, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons black pepper powder
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons oil
20 sheets of banh light (rice paper)

Sauce dyeing:
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 piece of red chili, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

As for how to make are as follows:
For Lumpia: dip each sheet of banh light (rice paper) in warm water for a while for a bit soft / moist, set aside.
Heat the oil, then insert the garlic and onions, saute until wilted.
Insert meat chicken / pork, shrimp, carrots, glass noodles, mushrooms hioko, ear mushroom, fish sauce, and black pepper powder, mix well, then add eggs, mix well, cook until done.
Take a piece of banh light (rice paper), put 2 tablespoons of batter on the content side closest to us, then fold right and left, roll, repeat until consumables.

For dyeing Sauce: Mix all ingredients, stirring until blended and sugar is dissolved.
Normally spring rolls is presented together with the sauce dyeing.

  1. This is so ignorant. This is a Vietnamese spring roll. Lumpia is a Filipino roll. Too bad people are pinning this and learning the wrong information.
