As for how to make are as follows:
For Lumpia: dip each sheet of banh light (rice paper) in warm water for a while for a bit soft / moist, set aside.
Heat the oil, then insert the garlic and onions, saute until wilted.
Insert meat chicken / pork, shrimp, carrots, glass noodles, mushrooms hioko, ear mushroom, fish sauce, and black pepper powder, mix well, then add eggs, mix well, cook until done.
Take a piece of banh light (rice paper), put 2 tablespoons of batter on the content side closest to us, then fold right and left, roll, repeat until consumables.
For dyeing Sauce: Mix all ingredients, stirring until blended and sugar is dissolved.
