Yang Chow Fried Rice

Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 red pepper (small), diced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup peas
1 cup diced pork
1 / 2 ounces shrimp, chopped
3 eggs, beaten and made scrambled
4 cups (1 kg) white rice
2 stalks scallions, cut the white and green parts
1 tablespoon Chinese five-flavor powder
1 teaspoon salt
2-4 teaspoon dried red pepper or Szechuan pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper

How to make

Heat a non-stick frying pan. When you are hot, put cooking oil.
Enter the ginger and garlic, stir in 1 minute until fragrant.
Add red pepper and red onion and cook 2 minutes.
Enter peas, pork and shrimp, cook until evenly within a few minutes.
Add the eggs and rice, stir well.
Add green onion, chinese herbs, salt and black pepper, mix well between 4-6 minutes.
Serve immediately.
