Bajigur Special Drink From Indonesia
5 teaspoons coffee.
¼ teaspoon salt.
125 cc palm sugar syrup.
750 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut.
1 packet of vanilla.
150 grams of fruit Atep (fro), washed and thinly sliced lengthwise, boiled until cooked.
Mix the coffee, salt, palm sugar and coconut milk and mix well. And then cook this mixture, stirring until boiling, stirring over medium heat. Add vanilla.
Add sliced fruit and soft Atep already mature. Mix well. Remove and serve hot in a mug / cup with boiled bananas or boiled peanuts
