Bajigur Special Drink From Indonesia

Bajigur is a typical beverage from West Java Indonesia. These drinks are commonly sold by using a cart that includes a stove because this drink is delicious when taken in warm. Bajigur often drunk in the afternoon especially on a rainy day. Meals are often served with boiled banana bajigur and boiled peanuts.

Ingredients

5 teaspoons coffee.
¼ teaspoon salt.
125 cc palm sugar syrup.
750 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut.
1 packet of vanilla.
150 grams of fruit Atep (fro), washed and thinly sliced ​​lengthwise, boiled until cooked.
How To Make

Mix the coffee, salt, palm sugar and coconut milk and mix well. And then cook this mixture, stirring until boiling, stirring over medium heat. Add vanilla.
Add sliced ​​fruit and soft Atep already mature. Mix well. Remove and serve hot in a mug / cup with boiled bananas or boiled peanuts
