Delicacy of Meatball Tahu

How To Cook:

Drain tahu and then puree. Mix tahu with eggs and other ingredients except oil until blended. Heat oil over medium heat lot. Shape dough into balls out with the help of 2 teaspoons. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and a lot. Remove and drain. Serve warm. 

Meatball Tahu is a kind of meatball that uses the main ingredient of tahu as a substitute for potatoes. Meatball know can be eaten as a side dish or as a friend to tea.


300g tahu good-quality white
1 egg
1 tablespoon thinly sliced ​​green onion
½ tsp grated garlic
½ tbsp plain flour
½ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil
